They go against their Contracts, and Release employees for unjust reasons. I was released, I asked “why?” and they said “for wandering” I asked “when have I ever wandered?” and the statement they gave baffled me, they stated “you had a coffee outside of break time, when asked you said ‘I am dehydrated and also I have no other tasks to do at the moment, because my foreman is outside having a cigarette with my supervisor'” which it was the only time while with that company that I had a drink outside of break time… Also I signed a contract on Orientation day, the contract stated my hourly wage to be 25.01 an hour, but the pay stub I received states I was being payed 18.80/hr.. I was never informed of a pay reduction from the company, and I do have an eye witness to the contract I signed, the one that states 25.01 an hour. (my question is, my half cup of coffee to wet my throat and clear dust/dryness out, was more of an issue, than my foreman and supervisor having a break to smoke? isn’t that anti-wandering?)
